Canceling a call

In general, we recommend you think carefully about canceling a call altogether, but sometimes it is unavoidable. Here's how you can do it from your calls tab:

If you need to cancel a call, you'll have an opportunity to list the reason:

Rescheduling a call

After a call has been scheduled, you'll have the opportunity to reschedule it if your availability changes. Go to your calls tab, locate the call you'd like to reschedule, and then click the Reschedule button:

You'll be asked to provide a reason for rescheduling:

In the event that either party wants to reschedule, we'll ask the advisor to propose new times for the call:
