After you add you complete your basic information, you will be asked to verify your email address and your school will need to approve your account. Verifying your email address should only take a minute, but approving new accounts can sometimes take longer.

If the school already has the email address you signed up with on file, the verification process is usually automatic and you will have access as soon as you complete your profile and verify your email address. 

If they don't have the email on file, then you may experience a delay of around 1-2 business days while admins confirm that you should have access to the network.

This verification process

  1. maintains the security of your network and
  2. ensures that all members within your network are affiliated with your school or organization.

Once your account is approved you will receive an email notification and can start using the network to connect.
