How do I explore activity for a specific community?

To help understand how communities are performing, use the dashboard to focus your insights and see specific details on:

• The number of members (by member type) who have joined the specified community in a certain date range
• The most popular topics in the specified community
• The number of members (by member type) who have joined the specified community over the year

Note: All available communities, public and private, will appear.

There are two ways to dive deeper into a community:

1. Under Community Metrics > Most Active Communities

• Locate which community you would like to learn more about

• Hover over and click on the relevant bar graph

• You will be brought into a view that narrows down Community Metrics to this specified community

2. Under Member Topic Leaderboard

• Locate which community you would like to learn more about in the "Community" column
• Click on the hyperlinked community

  

• You will be brought into a view that narrows down Community Metrics to this specified community
